There may be the possibility that CreatAd will not perfectly run on your computer. CreatAd cannot be blamed for this, but your browser will! When running an old browser version it will be necassary to update. Running an old version will not display all the features and design of the web-site.
Using RGB color set!
When uploading your Ad it will be necessary to know that the file must be saved in a RGB color set.
When uploading your Ad with a CMYK color set CreatAd is not able to show your Ad perfectly.
What will happen with the Intellectual Property (IP) of my uploaded content?
You will stay the owner of all youruploaded content, so the Intellectual Property of your content is stillyours. But when one of the brands, in which your content is uploaded,wants to buy the Intellectual Property from one of your Ads you have tosell the Intellectual Property for the amount that is stated in theLicense Agreement and the Privacy Statement. In order to transfer theIP you will have to sign and send back the contract which will be send to youby CreatAd.

How does the rating system works?
Thecommunity decides which three Ads will win the community prizes. Everyperson can only vote one time on each Ad. The voting will run from-10,0,10 and 20 points. At the end of the competition voting deadline the three Ads with the most received points will win the prizes!
Nextto the points that can be given for your skills and popularity, alsostatus points will be rewarded for every friend that wants to connectwith you. For every friend 15 points will be rewarded to you. these points will not count for the Ad but for your total point account which will give you a certain status on the web-site
Pointsthat are rewarded to an Ad that is made by a clan will be divided bythe total number of Clan members. So every clan member will receive hispart of the total points earned for the Ad, which will be added to histotal status points account.
Nextto the community rating system, the company who started the competitionwill pick their best Ads. The three best Ads will win the company prizes.These prizes have nothing to do with the received points in thecompetition, the Ads will be judged by professionals of the company.
The amount of prizes and the prize percentages canfluctuate per competition!
How can I win prizes?
Your
uploaded content will be judged by all visitors of the CreatAd
web-site, so the community will decide if they like your Ads or not. At
the end of the competition the three Ads with the most earned status
points will receive a prize (Community prizes). All uploaded content
can be embedded, so spreading your Ad to as much as people as possible
will result in more points. Besides the three community prizes the
company will choose also three Ad,s which will also receive a price (Company
prize)!
Next
to above prizing system a person can also win a prize if the company,
which has started a competition, wants to receive the Intellectual
Property (IP) of an Ad. With this IP the company can use the Ad for
further marketing expressions. This Ad is chosen by the company and can
be any Ad that is uploaded for the competition. For selling the IP the
creator of the Ad will receive an amount of money (which is stated in
the general conditions and the Privacy Statement).
When
an Ad wins the Company prize, the Ad cannot win a community prize also.
So the community prize will go to another Ad that has earned the most
points!
So the prizes are:
Company prize: nr. 1: 35% of prize money
Community prizes: nr. 1: 35% of prize money
nr. 2: 20% of prize money
nr. 3: 10% of prize money
These prize percentages are standard CreatAd percentages. The amount of
prizes and the prize percentages can fluctuate per competition!
